My Maya Mittens

Am I not the luckiest swap participant?!

These mittens are just perfect, and very much me!

Thanks, Laura!

You can read more about the mittens on Laura's blog.

And there was chocolate (was...!), tea, yarn and more - as you can see. I've never joined a swap before, it was fun!

I do realise that to get this result, you need to pay attention to yarn dominance...

Aren't the colours lovely and glowing?!

Ha!

They are really pretty! Now I want to take part of a swap and get cool stuff!
I have made mittens only once (it was my first real knitting project ever) and those are still the only ones I have. I should knit some more...

What fun! They really glow with color. That should be nice on a dark winter day.

As usual, so so soooooo jealous of your ability to knit - and that for these beautiful mittens!

I really wish I could knit like you - how wonderful to be so talented!

I am so so so glad you like them! I had such a wonderful time designing, knitting and then collecting the goodies to send with them!!! What fun!
