Mystery solved!

Here are my finished mittens. In the snow, which we have a lot of. It's been snowing every day the last three weeks, I believe. So that's why the photos are a little dark, we have not seen the sun for some weeks. The roses are more red in real life!

You should also head over to Ravelry to see all the other mittens! It's been a really fun and enjoyable experience to have a knitalong in the I make mittens group. People are super friendly, supportive, helpful, nice, fun, you name it! Many have been reading the book that the mittens are based on (The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett, published in 1911), or listened to the audiobook while knitting, rather. And there has been chatter and project photos in the thread.

A huge thank you to all of you
who made this KAL so nice!

Pattern can be found here.

Mystery Mitten Knitalong - how is it going?

It's amazing to see all the people who have joined this KAL!
There is now only one clue left - the thumbs. Coming on Saturday.

You can see the projects here.

The mitten group is full of nice people. There are lots of wips, and many people have enjoyed reading the book that was the insipration for these mittens, some for the first time, and some have read it again after having liked it as a child. And which book is it?

One of my favourite books as a girl - "The Secret Garden" by Frances Hodgson Burnett from 1911.
