Mystery solved!
Here are my finished mittens. In the snow, which we have a lot of. It's been snowing every day the last three weeks, I believe. So that's why the photos are a little dark, we have not seen the sun for some weeks. The roses are more red in real life!

People are super friendly, supportive, helpful, nice, fun, you name it! Many have been reading the book that the mittens are based on (The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett, published in 1911), or listened to the audiobook while knitting, rather. And there has been chatter and project photos in the thread.
